- QuickBooks support via phone, internet, or remote access
- Weekly, monthly or quarterly accounting (data input, reconciling bank and credit card statements and other general ledger maintenance) using QuickBooks software
- Quarterly Payroll Reports, Federal and Arizona, (for clients who calculate and prepare their own payroll checks and do not use Intuit or other payroll services)
- Arizona and Arizona cities Transaction Privilege Tax reports
- Assistance in creating Budgets and Internal Controls
- Provide your existing CPA/firm with any work-papers or info they require
- Audit Liaison (bank or insurance)
Our clients are free to choose any combination of services to custom fit their needs. Services can be performed at your office, our office or using remote access via internet.

I am Susan Chavez, managing member of Three C Accounting, LLC. I have been a Staff Accountant/Paraprofessional for more than 18 years, the past 12 with a large privately owned and operated CPA firm in Phoenix. In late 2007, I left my position as Staff Accountant and Accounting Department Supervisor to open my own practice as an independent paraprofessional and QuickBooks consultant.
I have been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 1997 and Certified on QuickBooks for the first time in 2000. As new editions of QuickBooks are released each year, I re-certify on them to keep my skills and knowledge sharp and current.
I specialize in Medical/Dental practices and the Construction business, but do not limit my practice to these fields. Because I have been in public accounting for 18+ years, I have solid experience in a wide variety of industries.
I use easy to understand language and consider no question too trivial. My main objective is to guide you in being self sufficient and less dependent on your expensive CPA or firm for those things you can do for yourself. But it's not all about the money. Knowing what you're looking at when you see your financial reports gives you better control over your day-to-day finances and helps you make better, more financially sound decisions. There is so much more to your financial statements than the "bottom line"!
My fees are considerably less than that of an accounting firm making Three C Accounting, LLC an economical alternative for the accounting needs of small to medium businesses. And because you'll still need your present accountant or firm for those services I do not offer, I will work as closely with them as you need me to.

ACCOUNTING (ONSITE OR REMOTE ACCESS): Full range of data input & reconciliations: Payroll & sales tax reporting; normal & customary general journal adjustments; regularly scheduled quickbooks review and adjustments (for clients who do their own input)
MISC REPORTS: Annual forms 1099; annual business property statements (Arizona counties only): Year-end employee benefit programs): other misc reporting as requested

FEE SCHEDULE
NORMAL HOURLY RATE: $55/hour
ON-SITE QUICKBOOKS TRAINING PACKAGE: $400 includes up to 4 hours training; six support events; copy of "Plain Talk Guide To QuickBooks"
QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT VIA PHONE / EMAIL / REMOTE ACCESS: $50/hour or $5 / each 6 minutes
RESEARCH: $45/hour, billed by the half-hour
TRAVEL FEE* ROUND TRIP MILES FROM 3C OFFICE:
21-30 miles -- $20 / 31-50 miles -- $35;
51-75 miles -- $50 / 76-100 miles --$65
*Travel Fee is negotiable for reoccurring scheduled engagements
